About the Company:

SASI is a leadership development firm with more than one hundred years of collective experience in developing leaders in public education.  The SASI philosophy is rooted in the psychology of organizational behaviors.  The foundational belief is that an organization’s leaders and participants become empowered to succeed in their work environment and their personal lives when they are properly equipped with a deeper knowledge and understanding of people, organizations, systems, and processes.

SASI’s experiential learning approach and deep-rooted understanding of organizational behaviors are tied together in the SASI Basic Empowerment Training™.  During the training, a wide variety of instructional techniques, presentation formats, and proprietary training components are employed. Fundamentally, leadership skills are developed through team participation, cooperative learning, discussions, defining processes, problem solving, and solution generation techniques.  By actively involving the team members essential to an organization’s success, SASI consultants facilitate a focus on organizational outcomes that ultimately guide participants in creating their path to success.
