The Accountability Model:
A very powerful process for learning safe ways of holding oneself and others accountable for actions, inaction, or behavior. Without this or a similar process in place, teams or organizations suffer deteriorating relationships and build long-term resentments within their organizations or with their end-users or customers. Individual, team, or organizational accountability is created through verified or publicized agreements. Agreeing to do, deliver, or stand for something is creating a covenant among the parties to the agreement.
