While the SASI Leadership curriculum provides a terrific foundation for leadership, the actions of the student leaders beyond the camp is where true leadership takes place. This page will provide an ever-growing resource library that can help each student, team, and program remain focused on the incredible ideals, goals, and motivation they created during the leadership camps prior to the seasons.

    Your team is selected and you had a great leadership camp. What your team does with that influence and direction will greatly help (or hinder) your group’s experience.

    Once the season is underway, staying connected as a leadership team will be important. Positive and productive meetings can truly be a helpful key to keeping your team on the same page and motivated.

    Being a leader is a terrific opportunity. At times it may seem like a challenge, but with the right mindset, you can see every conversation, task, mistake, or win as a beautiful opportunity to help others have a meaningful experience.
