Daniel Asgari is the former Director of Bands at Louis D. Brandeis High School in San Antonio. He served in that position for four years beginning in 2018. During his time there, the program won its first ever Bands of America Regional in 2021. In the Summer of 2022, Daniel began his journey with SASI and continues to be inspired by the staff of the organization and the students it serves.

Today, Daniel is part of the team at Google utilizing the learned leadership, people and team skills from his time in education and specifically, band. He lives in San Antonio with Vanessa, his beautiful wife of 13 years and their wonderful son Alex.
